Machine Vision and Quality Control

Accuracy and reliability for tracking and visual guidance

Laser for machine vision and quality control

The quality control and machine vision systems developed by R-Lase r represent a cutting-edge solution for monitoring and optimizing production processes. Thanks to the integration of laser technology with advanced machine vision systems, these devices allow you to inspect surfaces, detect defects, measure dimensions and ensure compliance with the quality standards required by modern industry.

The use of high-precision laser sensors allows for extremely detailed analysis, identifying even the smallest imperfections that could escape a traditional inspection. Artificial vision, developed through intelligent algorithms, processes the acquired images in real time, identifying any anomalies or deviations from pre-established parameters. This technology allows companies to intervene promptly, preventing waste and optimizing the quality of finished products.

R-Laser systems are used in many industrial sectors, including automotive, aerospace, electronics and advanced manufacturing, where precision and reliability are critical factors. The integration of these solutions into production processes not only improves control efficiency, but reduces operating costs, minimizing rework and waste.

Thanks to a constant commitment to technological innovation, R-Laser positions itself as a strategic partner for companies that want to guarantee high quality standards, optimizing production and maintaining maximum competitiveness on the market.

Cuber

Cuber

The R-laser Laser Scan Machine system for log cubing is a device developed to measure with high precision the size of the logs and therefore the volume before being cut. Through a series of Laser scanners and rangefinders, the system detects the diameter and length of the log in multiple positions. The Laser Scanner Machine system has dedicated software that detects the measurements of the log and calculates its volume, stores it on a database with the necessary references to recall it in the future. In addition, it is possible to photograph and print labels (with a suitable printer)
LDV

LDV

Laser system for quality control of cutting and drilling The LDV system is a laser device that makes automatic and certain the control of the presence of holes and cuts made by Laser machines on 3D and 2D sheet metal parts. The control is performed in less than 1 second. The system projects points and lines on the position of the holes and cuts made onto the cut and drilled stringers. At this point, the dynamic control part will be able to signal the presence or absence of the machining. The operating principle is simple and can guarantee the infallibility of the system. The Laser LDV system has been developed to self-control through redundancy systems to avoid signaling errors and make the quality of the control total, reporting any internal malfunction in real time. The system is equipped with a micro PC that, in addition to recording each work cycle, can photograph and catalogue the machined parts, creating a report and also reporting which area has not been machined. The remote assistance function is also provided where a remote operator can check the functionality of the system, reprogram the control masks and ensure continuity of work
LSR

LSR

Laser Profilometer for high precision dimensional measurements, quality control, position measurements of painting lines and dimensional control of wooden boards and marble tables. The LSR system has a tested software that can interface with robots and automated lines. LSR is a laser artificial vision device with different configurations and precisions, therefore adaptable to any customer need
LDS

LDS

LDS laser sensors Developed for industrial applications are used for collision avoidance, level measurement of liquids and solids, conveyor profiling, proximity sensing, positioning and monitoring of equipment or even altimetry applications. Varying material characteristics or differences in environmental conditions can be a contributing factor to a particular sensor not working properly. LDS lasers are Class I lasers, they are low power (
